Production
Vistara clothing is custom manufactured in Boulder Co. We take great care to choose durable high quality fabrics that often are earth friendly. We are dedicated artisans and our clothing reflects our unique approach. We offer sizes Small (2-4), Medium (6-8) and Large (10-12). We do have the capacity to produce XS and XL at our customer's request. We also offer custom inseam lengths at a minimal charge. Please contact us with your requests.
Method of Payment
At this time we are accepting payment only through Paypal. You will need to set up an account with Paypal which is easily prompted through our check out process.
Shipping and Handling
We ship via USPS Flat Rate Mail. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your order. Custom requests require additional time depending on the extent of the request. We use one one flat rate of $10.00.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. However if it's not to your liking, we accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Your order will include a return and exchange form. Please fill it out completely and include it with the returned item. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used. Please include your credit card information for any item you wish exchanged. Your first ever exchange will be sent to you with free shipping. All subsequent exchanges incur a shipping charge.
Please use an insurable carrier. Vistara is not responsible for items lost in transit.
We accept returns only on items purchased at PeaceRobe.com or at an event where we sold directly to the public. Items purchased at a retail store cannot be returned to Vistara directly. Please take the item back to the store where you purchased it and they will work out an exchange or refund with you depending on their policy.

Please make sure to include your original invoice. Please call Vistara at 720-273-8431to return merchandise without an invoice.
Allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Product Care
Unless noted on the tag, all PeaceRobe by Vistara clothing is machine washable using cold water. You can also choose to hand wash or dry clean. Dry only on low heat with like colors or even better hang or dry flat. A quick 5 minutes in the dryer will soften your line dried items.
Be sure to use non-toxic laundry detergents and avoid chlorine bleach. Practice taking care of your PeaceRobe with loving care and it will reciprocate with lasting BEauty.
